This class will focus on creating a 48" X 64" Bull's Eye quilt. You provide materials (including sewing machine, rotary cutter, ruler and mat and general sewing supplies) and we provide the lessons for only $5 per person/per hour! Materials list will be supplied upon registration. Call or email to register today! Recommended for those with previous sewing or quilting experience wanting to expand their knowledge base.

Join us on Tuesdays for Yoga with Phoebe. A free flowing Vinyasa style of Hatha Yoga.  Gentle enough for beginners yet challenging for any level.  Designed specifically to restore and maintain Flexibility, Strength and Balance, from “Head to Toe”.  A fulfilling 1 hour and 15 minute session creating oneness in Body, Mind and Spirit.

We all experience stress in our lives in one form or another. Art-making relieves the anxiety and depression that often is held inside with nowhere to go. Our body, mind and spirit appreciate the letting go that occurs in the expression of art. A beautiful landscape that realigns our spirit or an ugly dog biting at our shoe, both offer a chance for reflection and insight into creating an environment that works for us. All women are welcome! No previous art experience necessary. Limited to 6.
